“Plenty!”

plentycoverWe’re proud to present “Plenty,” our first full-length, technically due out on January 15th, 2010, but we won’t tell if you go to http://music.shoutmagic.com and give it a listen (or, hell, go ahead and download the whole thing).  If you’re old school and still like the look and feel of the ol’ Compact Disc, they’ll be available from Chief City Recordings in the new year!

New Album, “Plenty” is (still) coming soon!

Well, hello.  With so many digital avenues of communication available, we thank you for taking the time to visit our lowly olde-fashioned website!

The Shout Magic team is working to get our latest recording finally, really, actually finished.  It’s 20 tracks of music, so it’s a little meaty.  We recorded it toward the end of May 2008, so the hope is to have honest, real, physical copies around the year anniversary.

In the player below you’ll hear a rough cut of one of the tracks, called “Just So.”

Here’s what the cover’s going to look like.  We’ll be sure to let you know when we’re all done!

MP3 alert! Shout Magic Live!

Live @ The (packed!) Tritone. January 11, 2008.

It was a radfest of a show!  We haven’t seen the Tritone more packed, nice to see a bunch of new faces and many Shout Magicians in attendance.

Anyone have photos of Shout Magic from that night? We really need to get better at taking photos.

More things to come, including some new songs, recordings and shows.  Stay connected.
